CLIENT BACKGROUND

  • Our client for this project is a subsidiary manufacturing facility of a large multinational corporation.
  • As a newly established site, their objectives include improving efficiency, increasing productivity, optimizing processes, and reducing overhead costs.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project was undertaken with the explicit goal of redesigning the layout of an existing Solich Cooling Tunnel conveyor line to optimize space and improve flow.  In addition, it involved coordinating and executing the relocation of the conveyor line to a new location, consolidating two factory spaces into one to enhance efficiency, flexibility, productivity, and reduce overhead costs.

SOLUTION

As part of our engagement with the client, our Design Engineers defined constraints and established clear objectives for the line layout.  Our Design Engineers also prioritized flexibility to accommodate the client’s future growth requirements.

Utilizing the latest technology, our Design Engineers generated 2D layouts to collaborate with the client, ensuring that the proposed designs offered the most optimal solution for both their current needs and future growth.
