In 2020, Eat Well Foods purchased the B3 production line from a company in Broadmeadows and entrusted Jarlam Australia with the decommission, relocation and installation of the line in the Kyneton factory.
Eat Well Foods Oven Relocation: Project and General Management
Jarlam supplied a fulltime project manager for this project. The PM was in charge of all site visits, outlining the scope of works with the client and preparing for the installation.
Relocating Process Lines
The relocation process included:
- 2 x Bulk Hoppers (Silos)
- 3 x Cooling Conveyors
- 1 x IMAFORNI Oven
- 7 x Oven Flues
- Mixing Room Equipment (Excluding In Feed Cutter Conveyor)
