Project Overview
As leaders in stainless steel fabrication, Jarlam was engaged by this client to design, fabricate and manufacture a custom-made food grade stainless steel change parts trolley.
As part of our engagement with the client, Jarlam was chosen specifically because of our long-standing reputation for designing and fabricating high-quality stainless-steel equipment.
Solution
Given our extensive experience and expertise in the design and fabrication of high-quality stainless-steel equipment, Jarlam was tasked with the design and fabrication of a food grade change parts trolley. The purpose of the trolley was to provide a mobile solution for the cleaning and storing of interchangeable production line parts.
As part of our standard design process, our engineers met with the client to gain and in depth understanding of the interchangeable parts, the current process and functionality, problems being encountered and the expected result for the end user.
Post the meeting with our client, our design team was able review the collated data/ and provide a solution, that not only met customer requirements, but also provided some additional functionality. The proposed solution was provided to the customer utilising 3D technology, that allowed the customer and the end user to view the design in ‘real time’ within the existing environment.
Our experienced team of stainless-steel fabricators were then able to bring the solution to life, providing our customer with a high quality, durable and hygienic piece of stainless-steel equipment.
