Project Overview
This project involved the relocation of 4 production lines and 3 Silos from the client’s premises in Victoria to their existing premises in NSW.
Solution
Jarlam Australia provided a turnkey solution for the duration of the project which included, full project management, sensitive freight transport, heavy haulage, hire equipment and the supply of labour in both states.
To ensure production deadlines were adhered to, Jarlam operated a 24 hour labour coverage schedule to meet removal and production deadlines in both Victoria and NSW. Jarlam project managers also engaged various sub-contractors such as, but not limited to electrical and refrigeration for the disconnection and re-connection.
To complement our onsite teams, our team of engineers and Jarlam workshop were on hand to design and fabricate platforms, pipework, day bins, conveyors etc. All fabrication items were designed and fabricated to the highest of standards, with tight turnaround deadlines.
Benefits / Outcome
This project was delivered on time and within budget, with 100% customer satisfaction. Jarlam was able to provide a ‘one-stop shop’ for the customer by delivering on project timelines, food grade installation guidelines, designs that met and exceeded Australian Standards and fabrication items that were to the highest of quality, with design functionality that met or exceeded customer requirements.
At Jarlam, safety is key and this project was delivered with 100% safety compliance and zero safety incidents on site. We would like to congratulate and thank our teams for attending daily toolbox meetings and making sure their actions replicated our safety focus.
